Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to charge the bike up?

Most models average 4 - 6 Hours, see individual specifications.

How long do the batteries last?

This depends upon model, load, road and weather conditions, please see the specifications on each model for average distance and speeds.

I don’t know how to ride a motorbike, will I be able to ride an electric bike?

Most models use the left and right pull levers as brakes, along with a standard twist grip throttle. Ebikes are  impossible to stall, there are no foot controls, no gears or clutch to worry about. If you can ride a push bike or bicycle, you can ride an electric scooter!  They are light and very maneuverable!

Is it dangerous since its silent?

Our primary warning is in fact sight when assessing road situations!  Many road hazards cannot be heard because of other noise inside  a car (engine, tire roar, wind, music, etc.)  A car driver will react to a silent motorcycle in the same way as they might do to a cyclist or bicycle.   Also note that motorcycles are normally heard when they have already passed you! Actually, riding a quiet electric motorcycle allows you to be more aware of your surroundings rather than your senses being dulled by engine noise or a loud exhaust pipe!

How fast will they go?

Please see individual specifications for each model.

Will I get electrocuted in the rain?

You can ride our electric motorcycles and scooters in the wet rains without any such problem! In addition our motors and  controllers are waterproof.

What if a more powerful motor or battery is made after I have bought yours?

You can always upgrade your batteries, motor and/or controller for the latest in technology. Our electric bikes are engineered to standard specs just with this in mind.
